What is the typical lead time for custom trade orders?+
Our custom lead times vary by technique. Hand-tufted custom rugs are typically completed and delivered within 4 to 8 weeks. Hand-knotted rugs, due to their intricate row-by-row structural density, can take between 12 to 24 weeks depending on the dimensions, knot density (KPSI), and weather during our natural sun-drying phase.
Do you offer yarn samples or strike-offs?+
Yes, absolutely. We provide 1'x1' woven strike-off samples for all custom designs to confirm color accuracy and pile texture before starting loom fabrication. Trade account members receive standard material swatches and color poms free of charge.
Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?+
No, we have zero minimum order quantities. We craft single custom rugs for residential decorators with the same care and direct pricing as multi-room hospitality developments or commercial office rolls.
How are custom dimensions and shapes handled?+
We can weave or tuft in almost any shape required: circles, organic soft shapes, stair-runners, elongated hallways, L-shapes, or octagons. You can upload or email us your DWG floor plans or vector design lines, and our workshop draftspersons will draw up digital placement blueprints for approval.
What are the payment terms for trade accounts?+
We operate on a 50% deposit term to procure material and erect the custom loom structure. The remaining 50% balance is invoiced only after the rug passes final inspection, is dried in the sun, and detailed high-resolution photographs are sent to you for approval, prior to shipping.
Do you deliver globally?+
Yes, we do. We handle all customs documentation, export clearing, and door-to-door delivery. We ship globally using air freight partners such as DHL Express and FedEx. Standard delivery times from our Bhadohi warehouse to any capital city worldwide is between 5 to 9 business days.
